Client: Trustlands – BASF Tank Plinths.

We was instructed by Trustlands to construct a large, heavily reinforced plinth to carry the addition of a new tank for their client Global Chemical Manufacturer BASF at their Grimsby site.

The proposed slab would be straddling two existing plinths inside an active bund, meaning health and safety was vital.

Method:

Constructed out of loose rebar, formwork made from timber before casting the concrete.
