Client: Plasmore Ltd – Concrete Storage Bunker.

We was instructed by Plasmor to construct 5 storage bunkers to hold building materials for their site at Great Heck.

Method:

Firstly the rebar was fixed into position with starter bars set to the required dimensions, then a 6 inch kicker was fitted to set the line of the concrete walls. Once fitted the base was then poured allowing us to work on a ridged platform to erect the walls. The wall steel made up of mesh and loose bar was fixed to a height of 4.6 meters before we then erected the shuttering panel system, once in situ the concrete could be cast.
